The real Estate industry has evolved into a central aspect of life during recent US history.  It has grown into a business which has always produced jobs and profit for Americans.  The desire to establish a home base is a component of the basic need to "Own territory".  The real estate industry coupled with the national philosophy of private ownership, has enabled people from a variety of backgrounds and economic bases to acquire property.

The fundamental right to own property created a vast profession with the primary function of bringing buyer and seller together in order for an exchange of ownership to occur.  The preceding is the foundation of realty brokerage.
